Plan9Cafe Agreement
1		Eligibility
	■	Teachers must have proper visa for working in Japan or have a right of working in Japan.
	■	Teachers must be eligible for teaching English in terms of their teaching ability and professionalism.
	■	Currently only teacehrs who live at Tokyo area can apply to Plan 9 Cafe.
2		Plan 9 Cafe Lesson Policies
	■	All teachers who are members of Plan 9 Cafe must comply with Plan 9 Cafe lesson policies and rules.
3		Teachers responsibilities
	■	Teacher must give the students English lessons with a sense of responsibilty.
4		Cancellation/Tardiness
	■	Teachers and students have a talk about cancellation and tardiness prior to their first lessons and set the fair rules between them. Plan 9 Cafe has no responsibility about cancellation and tardiness.
5		Changing registered information
	■	Teachers must inform Plan 9 Cafe when their information change immediately.
3		Privacy Policy
	■	Plan 9 doesn't misuse teachers' information. We only use teachers' information as the need arises for getting their students.
4		Plan 9 Cafe's rights
	■	Plan 9 Cafe has right to remove theachers' profile from our web site anytime whatever the reason is.
5		Termination
	■	When teachers know their leaving from Japan or moving to other area of Japan etc, please inform it to Plan 9 Cafe as soon as possible.
	■	When teachers would like to remove their profiles from our web site, please inform us.
	■	For some reason, teachers would like to stop teaching English to all their students or particular student, please inform us as soon as possible
6		Transportation
	■	About transportation fees, If teachers need transportation fees in order to have lesson at particular place(ig: place where is far away from station and need to take a bus, other area teachers inform us etc), please inform us about actual transportation fees (how much is bus, train etc to go to the place) beforehand.
	■	About transportation fees, students would pay teachers' actual transportation fees at flat rate each time of lesson.(ig: transportation fees between teachers' home and the place, between teachers' work place and the place etc)
